Coaching Philosophy
I believe in coaching individuals to become what is essential to develop into a human being, and this may form at early ages. I love to see young players grow and that only happens if they are given the chance to try, make mistakes and learn from them. We are who we think and choose to be, and there is no limit, no boundary, and no "enough" in learning and that spirit only develops if we provide a child-centered environment where they compete, fail, practice and eventually flourish. Soccer is all about speed of play and speed of decision and that happens through numerous tries, and I am passionate enough to give that opportunity to the players.

در جولای سال ۲۰۲۰ و دوران قرنطینه به دلیل ویروس فراگیر کووید-۱۹، امین در یکی از وبینارهای مچ دی به میزبانی ایان باکر (دایرکتور آموزش مربیان در اتحادیه مربیان فوتبال آمریکا) و وینس گنزبرگ (مدیر محتوای اموزشی در اتحادیه مبیان فوتبال آمریکا) حضور پیدا کرد و در مورد علاقه‌اش به مربیگری و مسیر رسیدن به آن صحبت کرد.
